You are entering your email address and some details and we would like to email you a copy of your message. We ask you to enter text from the image to help protect the internet from spammers. Basically, we are asking you to confirm that you are not an automated computer program used by a spammer to send spam. If we did not do this, a spammer's computer program might be able to use our form to send spam to you and other people.
We are asking you to enter the text you see in the image because a computer program probably cannot do that. By entering the text you see, you are helping our server confirm that you're a real human being and not an automated computer program.
If you do not want a copy of your message sent to you, then you do not need to enter the text in the image -- the message will be sent to us anyway.
Of course, to further protect our contact page from being used by spammers, you can only reload the image so many times. After too many reloads, the option to enter text from the image is eliminated and a copy of your message cannot be sent to you. But, we will still receive your message.
